Royal Park Gardens Condominium Association is located in the city of Margate, Florida. Construction began for this 55+ private community in 1979. We are located minutes west of Kay Stevens Park which has covered picnic areas, lake side sitting area, swing benches, a 1/5-mile walking trail, and two blocks from Calypso Water Park. It snugly sits on Royal Palm Boulevard on several picturesque acres of prime real estate surrounded by an oversized lake.

Royal Park Gardens consist of 12 buildings with four buildings in each phase with 478 one- and two-bedroom apartments. We proudly boast first class amenities — a clubhouse with an immaculate ballroom and a card room, three resort style swimming pools and cabanas, a fitness center, tennis court, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and yes, horseshoes.  Each phase has its own picnic area equipped with barbecue grills.
